I heard the news today, oh boy!

Today I heard the news that my good friend Gilbert Stafford passed. I plan on dedicating my book South Beach Star to him as he happens to be a character in the book. He was a wonderful man and loved by many. He was always supportive and wanted to get his book published. I will miss him. Today is a day of new beginnings. Happy New Year.
