Waiting on some good news from my agent and working on LAUREL AVENUE, my new book. Just when I thought I'd have a productive day of writing I get a call inviting me to go kayaking. Love kayaking but it is very hot outside. I've made a deal with myself that if I get a chapter finished I'll go but then I might get sidetracked and watch Michael Jackson's funeral.
