SOUTH BEACH STAR

Jamie Kidd, a thirty-something small-town editor, thinks life is sweet until he wakes one morning to discover that his business partner and secret lover has left town after emptying the company bank account which leaves him heartbroken, nearly penniless, and somewhat suicidal, so he escapes to the infamous party town South Beach where he finds fleeting success and celebrity as a nightlife columnist for the SOUTH BEACH STAR, a weekly tabloid, but falls victim to a life of debauchery, late-night parties, competitive co-workers, drug addiction, and fame obsessed fashionistas.
