Now that I've recouperated from Halloween I realized that it's November. Why is time flying by
so quickly? It just seemed like yesterday that it was the beginning of summer and now it's almost time for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately that's how I feel lately about my writing. I meant to finish that chapter but had to write one for my client. Today was a day of research for the website that I'm working on. It's an unusual writing job as the writing is mini-blurbs about people who have had some connection with Miami Beach. I'm also waiting to hear about the possibility of another freelance writing job that will have me working around the clock with little time left for working on my new novel so I'll have to start budgeting my time and sleep less. Today I'm writing less because I want to write more.

Halloween Fun
I've finally recouperated from all the Halloween fun, parties, too much candy, etc. The parties were great and Lincoln Road was so packed this year it was scary. Yesterday I worked a little on my new book LAUREL AVENUE but couldn't concentrate until I had eaten all the Halloween candy that I had collected from the parties. Today I'll have to work it all off at the gym and begin writing another chapter (my ghost writing gig) for the book that's not mine. I was going to join a book club and start reading a book to discuss but realized that I should be using that time to write. PHOTOS: Here are some photos of the great costumes on Lincoln Road on Halloween.
